Лист ХЕРСОНСЬКОЇ  ОБЛАСНОЇ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ АДМІНІСТРАЦІЇ

Міністерство освіти і науки України листом від 26 лютого 2024 року
№ 1/3311-24 інформує про наступне.
У рамках здійснення парламентського контролю відповідно до статей 1, 3
Закону України «Про Уповноваженого Верховної Ради України з прав людини»
під час моніторингу інформації, розміщеної в ЗМІ та соціальних мережах, було
виявлено повідомлення, що мають ознаки ймовірного кібербулінгу та можуть
призвести до порушення прав та інтересів дітей.
Нормою статті 16 Конвенції ООН про права дитини встановлено, що
жодна дитина не може бути об’єктом незаконного посягання на її честь і
гідність.
В Україні право дітей на захист від усіх форм насильства гарантується
статтями 28, 52 Конституції України, відповідно до яких ніхто не може бути
підданий катуванню, жорстокому, нелюдському або такому, що принижує його
гідність, поводженню чи покаранню.
Статтею 10 Закону України «Про охорону дитинства» кожній дитині
гарантовано право на свободу, особисту недоторканність та захист гідності.
З огляду на вказане, просимо вжити відповідних заходів реагування,
спрямованих на захист прав та інтересів дітей, зокрема, провести
інформаційно-роз’яснювальні кампанії в закладах освіти із залученням всіх
учасників освітнього процесу щодо протидії булінгу та попередження будь-
яким проявам насильства.
Принагідно повідомляємо, що на базі інформаційної кампанії «Викресли
булінг» Дитячого фонду ООН (ЮНІСЕФ) в Україні розроблено рекомендації
про те, як зрозуміти, що дитина зазнає цькування, що робити, щоб запобігти цьому, як батьки можуть підтримати дитину тощо

Нагадуємо, що з метою створення безпечного освітнього середовища в
закладах освіти Міністерством освіти і науки України видано наказ від
28.12.2019 № 1646 «Деякі питання реагування на випадки булінгу (цькування)
та застосування заходів виховного впливу в закладах освіти»

сайті МОН з корисними посиланнями щодо теми антибулінгу
