Захід для учнів 8-11 класів на тему МЕНТАЛЬНОГО ЗДОРОВ’Я

У ліцеї було проведено захід для учнів 8-11 класів на тему ментального здоров’я, метою якого було допомогти учням усвідомити важливість турботи про власне ментальне здоров’я та навчитися бути підтримкою для себе так само, як і для інших.

Захід включав практичні завдання та вправи, такі як: “Мій найкращий друг – я”, “Ментальна аптечка”, “Коло підтримки”, “Ментальна перерва”, “Чому я пишаюся собою?” і “Лист підтримки”. Кожне завдання було спрямоване на розвиток самопізнання та самопідтримки. Учні мали змогу створити свій власний список методів для покращення емоційного стану, визначити людей, які можуть підтримати в складні моменти, а також розробити стратегії для відновлення енергії через “ментальні перерви”. Окрім цього, учасники вправлялися в рефлексії про свої досягнення, пишучи листи підтримки самому собі.

У ході заняття учні ознайомилися з важливістю ментального здоров’я та дізналися про ефективні способи підтримки себе й інших у складних ситуаціях. Вони також мали змогу обговорити ці теми та зрозуміти, що турбота про власне емоційне благополуччя є важливим аспектом життя, який допомагає не тільки їм, але й їхнім близьким.

Заняття завершилося підведенням підсумків та обговоренням того, як застосовувати отримані знання у повсякденному житті. Учні зрозуміли, що для того, щоб бути підтримкою для інших, важливо в першу чергу піклуватися про своє ментальне здоров’я.
