Для учнів старших класів зараз непростий час: попереду іспити, вибір професії та доросле життя. Але як не загубитися серед безлічі бажань і страхів? Відповідь одна — навчитися правильно ставити цілі.
Під час години психолога учні 9-11 класів разом із практичним психологом Фроловою Л.О. розбирали ключову тему: «Мистецтво планування: від мрії до кроків».

💡 Чому це важливо?
Як звучить відома фраза «Не точно поставлена ціль — недосяжна!». Можна нескінченно хотіти «успіху», але без конкретного плану це лише ілюзія, яка забирає енергію.

✅ Технологія S.M.A.R.T. — наш головний інструмент. РАзом із з учнями детально розібрали, що кожна мета має бути:

S (Specific) — Конкретна: що саме я хочу отримати?

M (Measurable) — Вимірювана: як я зрозумію, що досяг мети?

A (Achievable) — Досяжна: чи маю я ресурси для цього?

R (Relevant) — Актуальна: чому це важливо саме для мене?

T (Time-bound) — Обмежена в часі: коли саме я маю це зробити?

🙌 Що ми робили?
Разом з учнями 9-11 класів вчилися «заземлювати» свої мрії. Обговорювали, чому важливо бути реалістом, але не боятися амбітних завдань. Приємно бачити, як у віртуальних віконцях Google Meet з’являється розуміння та перші плани на майбутнє.

Навіть у дистанційному форматі ми продовжуємо підтримувати один одного, шукати внутрішні ресурси та будувати фундамент для успішного життя.
