Година психолога для учнів 5–8 класів “Мій емоційний стан. Як розпізнати та допомогти собі”

Сучасні діти живуть у дуже швидкому світі — навчання, гаджети, спілкування, переживання… І часто вони не встигають зрозуміти, що саме відчувають. Саме тому для учнів 5–8 класів практичним психологом Фроловою Л.О. була проведена година психолога на тему емоційного стану.

🔍 Про що говорили?
Під час заняття учні вчилися розпізнавати свої емоції — радість, сум, злість, тривогу, образу. Обговорювали, як змінюється настрій протягом дня і чому це нормально. Діти зрозуміли важливу річ: усі емоції потрібні, але важливо навчитися їх проживати екологічно.

💬 Що було цікавого?
Учні виконували прості, але ефективні вправи:

визначали свій емоційний стан “тут і зараз”
вчилися “називати” свої почуття
обговорювали ситуації зі свого життя
ділилися способами, як вони заспокоюються

🌿 Практичні інструменти для дітей:
Під час години психолога школярі отримали конкретні поради, як допомогти собі:
✔ зробити паузу і глибоко подихати
✔ поговорити з дорослим або другом
✔ переключитися на улюблену справу
✔ вести “щоденник настрою”
✔ дозволити собі відпочинок

Піклування про свій емоційний стан — це така ж важлива навичка, як читання чи математика. І цьому можна навчитися!

👩‍🏫 Такі заняття допомагають дітям краще розуміти себе, будувати здорові стосунки та впевнено долати труднощі.
